家蚕不同组织酯酶同工酶的研究

Studies on Esterase Isoenzymes of Different Organs in Bombyx Mori

摘要: 本文报导采用聚丙烯酰胺板状电泳研究了八种家蚕品系分别对肠壁、外皮、脂肪体、丝腺、血液五种组织器官进行了酯酶的比较研究。且用岛津双波长薄层色谱扫描仪-CS-900电泳扫描。同一块凝胶板泳动率一致，重现性是获得良好结果的关键。

Abstract: This paper deals with the comparison of esterase isoenzymes of eight species of Bombyx mori.The gut,integument,fat,silk gland,blood were analysed by the technique of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the subsequent dualwavelength scanning.All the esterase isoenzymes were identified on a same gel plate,thus a satisfactory reproducity of the results was achieved.
