Abstract: Since the publication of authors "Notes on chinese Pandemis Hübner with descriptions of new species",two more new species have been found in Chinas Sichuan and Shanxi Provinces.Thus,the total number of chinese species of this genus amounts up to 18.Description of these two new species are reported in this paper.All specimens are kept in the Institute of Zoology,Academia Sinica.
