昆明市家兔艾美球虫卵囊的研究
A Study of the Oocysis of Eimeria Occuring in the Domestic Rabbit of Kunming

摘要: 家兔球虫属于原生动物门(Protozoa)、孢子虫纲（Sporozoa)、球虫目(Coccidia)、艾美科(Eimeridae)、艾美虫属(Eimeria)。是家兔的重要寄生虫，常引起幼兔的大量死亡，是养兔业的大敌。迄今，国内家兔球虫共记述有9种。包括裴锡庚等（1958）在成都、川西记录的7种；江静波等（1959）在广州报告的9种；孙希达（1966）在西安市报告的8种，以及蒋金书等（1979）在北京地区记录的7种。云南家兔球虫尚未见有报道。1978-1979年，我们对云南大学及昆明医学院兔场的300多只自养自繁的家兔进行了粪便检查，并剖检了数只私人饲养的家兔，发现寄生于昆明市家兔的球虫共有10种。多为混合感染。除了国内已报告的9种以外，还有新兔艾美球虫(Eimeria neoleporis)为国内新记录。此种球虫自然感染家兔是继Gill及Ray（1960）首次在印度报告之后的第二次报告。同时，对肝艾美球虫(Eimeria stiedae)的卵囊余体和穿孔艾美球虫(Eimeria perforans)卵囊的胚孔也进行了观察。Abstract: The morphology of the ten species of Eimeria found in the domestic rabbit of Kunming were studied.They are Eimeria stiedae,E.irresidua,E.perforans,E.intestinalis,E.piriformis,E.coecicola,E.media,E.magna,E.neoleporis and E.exigua.We came across E.neoleporis in domestic rabbits reared in laboratory hutches where there was no chance for the animals to come in contact with wild rabbits.The oocyst residuum of E.stiedar was seen in the oocysts both from the faeces and from the liver of naturally infected rabbits,The residuum consisted of 1-7 granules situated centrally in the oocyst.
