制革污泥林业利用场水域的pangpi鱼外周血红细胞微核监测

Detection of Water Quality From Tanning Polluted Sites With Micronucleus Test on Erythrocyte of Rhodeus sinensis

  • 摘要: 制革污泥施入林地后,检测小流域地表水、土壤渗出水对pangpi鱼(Rhodeus sinensis)外周血红细胞微核的诱变。结果表明:在实验范围内,没有诱发pangpi鱼血红细胞微核率增高,制革污泥林业利用系统是安全的;但鲜制革污泥浸出水可诱发pangpi鱼外周血红细胞微核率增高,故制革污泥如不加任何处理而随意堆放,会对坏境造成污染。

     

    Abstract: In the study,tanning sludge with Cr3+ two times higher than the national ontrol standard for agricultural use was applied in forest and mutation of erythrocyte nucleus of Rhodeus sinensis caused by the water (both percolated water and surface water) from the site was examined.The results showed that the erythrocyte nucleus induced didnt increase in the test areas,and the forestry utilization of tanning sludge is safe,but oozing water for the tanning sludge can induce the increase of the red cell nucleus of R.sinensis blood.Thus careless disposal of tanning sludge can be very dangerous.
