游蛇和蟾蜍肺毛细血管铸型的扫描电镜观察

Observation of The Microvasculature Casis of The Coluber spinalis and Bufo raddei Lung Under the Scanning Electron Microscope

  • 摘要: 本文用扫描电镜对黄脊游蛇Coluber spinalis和花背蟾蜍 Bufo raddei Strauch的肺毛细血管作了铸型比较观察。结果表明黄脊游蛇肺壁内面除有网状隔膜、次级隔膜外,还存在三级隔膜,将肺内壁分隔成大量的小室、亚小室及肺泡;花背蟾蜍肺壁内面仅有网状隔膜和次级隔膜;这两种动物的肺泡壁及各级隔膜上均有丰富的毛细血管,且相互吻合成单层密集网。本文还对这两种动物肺毛细血管构筑与呼吸效率的关系作了探讨。

     

    Abstract: The microvasculature of the lung of Coluber spinalis (Peters) and Bufo raddei Strauch was studied with the replicascanning electron microscope method.The results show that the inside wall of Coluber spinalis lung there are many reticular septa and secondary septa and third septa so that it is separated to a lot of small room,subordinate room and pulmonary alveoli.The inside wall of Bufo raddei Strauch lung there are only reticular septa and secondary septa.In the all septa and pulmonary alveoli there are plenty of capillary.They anastomosed to a single layer dense network each other.In addition,the relationship between the microvasculature of the two animals lung and respiratory rate are also discused.
