单克隆抗体在不同保存条件下的稳定性

Stability of Monoclonal Antibodies Stored on Different Conditions

摘要: 试验了组织培养上清中的单克隆抗体在不同保存条件下的稳定性，结果发现：①培养上清冻干后，4℃下保存6个月仍相当稳定；②培养上清加或不加NaN3，在4℃或-20℃下保存18个月，如果培养上清保持无菌的话，稳定性也是令人满意的。

Abstract: Stability of monoclonal antibodies in culture supernatants stored on different conditions were tested.The results as following 1)The lyophile samples of culture fluid,which were kept at 4℃ for 6 monthes,are extremely stable.2)The culture supernatants with or without 0.1% NaN3,which were kept at 4℃ or -20℃ for 18 monthes,are satisfactory if they are sterilization.
