  • 摘要: 在亚洲叶猴的七个属中,乌叶猴属Trachypithecus是唯一一个包含种组的属。四个种组都各具特点, 石山叶猴种组表现出高钙环境的耐受性,灰叶猴种组具有独特的多夫多妻社会行为,戴帽叶猴种组则具有令人印象深刻的杂交,相比之下,银叶猴种组以其在乌叶猴属分布范围的最南端和银色外观而著称。因此,乌叶猴属Trachypithecus是研究亚洲灵长类进化辐射和行为适应的一个极好模型。然而,由于银叶猴种组参考基因组的长期空缺,难以进行4个种组间的比较基因组学分析。该研究中,基于三代纳米孔Nanopore测序,我们获得了银叶猴种组代表物种印支银乌叶猴(Trachypithecus germaini)从头组装的高质量基因组。该基因组大小为2.91 Gb,Contig 水平的N50达到了55.90 Mb,基因组注释分析共鉴定到了20 332个蛋白质编码基因。印支银乌叶猴T. germaini和石山叶猴种组的代表物种黑叶猴T. francoisi进行基因组比对分析,提示两者的基因组具有良好的共线性关系。通过重建历史有效种群大小,发现印支银乌叶猴的有效种群大小在冰期下降,这可能受到气候变化和人类活动的影响。印支银乌叶猴的高质量基因组,将为进一步深入了解乌叶猴属的自然历史、社会进化以及灵长目动物的适应辐射提供了宝贵的遗传资源。
