  • 摘要: 该文旨在探究指长比(2D:4D)与雌性自然抑郁食蟹猴(Macaca fascicularis)的关系。在组笼已经稳定且不同的食蟹猴群体中,根据笼养食蟹猴核心抑郁行为的筛选标准,筛选出15只雌性抑郁食蟹猴以及16只雌性正常对照的个体,并用X光机测量所有个体的食指与无名指的指长。所有筛选的食蟹猴个体都进行了2周的行为数据采集,其中包括核心抑郁行为在内的58种行为。最后我们将这58种行为分为12类进行分析,发现抑郁组和正常对照组在核心抑郁行为、运动行为、摄食行为、育幼行为、休息行为有显著差异。X光测量数据显示自然抑郁猴组个体有着较高的指长比(2D:4D)。
