隼形目鹰科四种鸟类线粒体DNA研究

摘要: 本实验采用ApaⅠ、BamHⅠ、BglⅡ、EcoRⅠ、EcoRⅤ、HindⅢ、HpaⅠ、KpnⅠ、PstⅠ、PruⅡ、SalⅠ、ScaⅠ、XbaⅠ、和XhoⅠ14种限制性内切酶,对鹰科4种鸟类即雀鹰(Accipiter nisus)、松雀鹰(A.virgatus)、苍鹰(A.gentilis)和灰脸鸳鹰(Butatur indicus)mtDNA限制性片段长度多态分析。结果表明:4种鸟类中雀鹰和松雀鹰亲缘关系最近(P=0.0350),最远的为雀鹰和灰脸鸳鹰(P=0.0988),并对其系统进化进行了初步探讨。Abstract: In is paper,14 restriction endonucleases,ApaⅠ,BamHⅠ,BglⅡ,EcoRⅠ,EcoRⅤ,HindⅢ,HpaⅠ,KpnⅠ,PstⅠ,PvuⅡ,SalⅠ,ScaⅠ,XbaⅠ,and XhoⅠ were used to analyse the mtDNA of 4 species of Accipitridae (Accipiter nisus,A.Virgatus,A.gentilis and Butastur indicus).The total size of Accipitridae mtDNA was estimated to be 16.5-16.7 kb,with a mean of 7% sequence divergence between the species.The result suggest that the divergenec time between them might be 35-40 Myr.
