摘要: U.cristata 的表膜“纤毛图式”的构成多而复杂，棘毛大小、基部形状都不相同。在分裂时期产生四个新原基（primordium)区域；（1）口原基（AZM和PM），（2）额部、腹部和臀部棘毛原基（FVT），（3）缘棘毛原基和（4）背触毛原基。

Abstract: The cortical structures of U.cristata are numerous and complex, not only its are large in number and different in size,but also their basses are diffenent.
