  • 摘要: 应用能同时显示纤毛虫的皮膜结构及核器的蛋白银染色方法，研究了急纤虫Tachysoma pellionella的形态及其无性生殖周期中核器和纤毛器的发育演化过程。

     

    Abstract: As both cortical structures and nuclear apparatus can be displayed simultaneously,protargol technique is used in the study of morphology and the evolutionary process in the development of nuclear apparatus and ciliatures of Tachysoma pellionella during its asexual reproducing cycle.
