毛冠鹿(Elaphodus cephalophus)肺细胞株的建立及其生物学特性研究

摘要: 我们在进行毛冠鹿的染色体研究时,观察到不仅该动物染色体核型特殊,而且结构异染色质丰富,尤其是23号、24号、25号染色体几乎占长臂的3/4甚至全部(张汤然等,1983),这在其他哺乳动物的染色体中尚少见,建立该动物之细胞株,对进一步探讨鹿科动物的染色体进化,对研究结构异染色质的结构和功能,提供了一个较好的材料。本文报道了毛冠鹿细胞株的建立,命名为KIZ-81A,并对其部分生物学特性进行了观察观察。Abstract: In this paper we present a cell strain (designated KIZ-81A) derived from lung tissue of a young male thfted deer (Elaphodus cephalophus).The aniaml was caught in southern China in 1981.The results obtained from our observations on the biological characteristics of KZI-81A strain are as follows.
