冬季革胡子鲶中腺垂体细胞超微结构的研究

Studies on the Ultrastructure of Cells of Meso-Adenhypophysis in Clarias lazera During Winters

  • 摘要: 本文描述了冬季革胡子鲶(Clarias lazera)中腺垂体GTH细胞、TSH细胞、STH细胞的超微结构。研究发现冬季GTH细胞呈现出6种不同的结构类型,与生殖季节中的GTH细胞在结构上有很大的差异。本文进一步分析和讨论了冬季革胡子鲶中腺垂体GTH、STH、TSH细胞的结构变化及生理机能等问题。

     

    Abstract: In winters,six different structures of gonadotrops (GTH cells) of meso- adenohypophysis in Clarias lazera can be found.GTH1 cells filled with secretory granules and with few granular endoplasmic reticulum (GER);GTH2 cells with some secretory granules;the GER with large cisternae;GTH3 cells with few secretory granules and with abundant large GER cisternae;GTH4 cells without secretory granules but with abundant vesicular GER;GTH5 cells are small and contain very small GER;GTH6 cells with a deformed nucleus.The various structure of GTH cells in winters makes difference in the breeding season.In this paper,the structure characterizations of TSH cells (thyrotrops) and STH cells (somatotrops) were described.The structure changes and its funtions in three secretory cells were also discussed.
