The Research on the DNA Three-stranded Structural Model and Energetics

摘要: 本文按照用STM得到的一种变性DNA三链辫状结构图象，用分子建筑术分别构建了三链辫状结构和三链螺旋结构的分子模型。经过运用共轭梯度法优化后，作了能量分析，进而讨论了它们的稳定性和结构特征。

Abstract: Based on the image of a denaturation DNA three-stranded braid structure obtained from STM,this paper presented respectively DNA three-stranded braid and tri-helix structure molecular models with molecular building.After doing the energy optimization using conjugated gradient method,we did the energy analysis,and then discussed the stability and structural features of DNA three-stranded braid and tri-helix structures.
