  • 摘要: 观察急纤虫Tachysoma pellionella切割后的断片的再生过程,发现急纤虫的大核对再生过程具有重要作用。急纤虫在再生过程中它的毛基系的形态发生与所在的皮膜本身相联系,这与其他的许多研究相一致;并且急纤虫的皮膜其老口围带对再生过程中新棘毛原基的棘毛的分化和移动具有抑制作用,它对其远端的抑制作用弱,对近端的强,这种抑制作用随老口围带的小膜的瓦解、吸收和新口围带小膜的改组更新而消失。

     

    Abstract: Through observing the regenerative process on the fragments of excised Tachysoma pellionella,it is considered that the macronucleus of the animal plays an important role to its regeneration,and the morphogenesis of infraciliature in fragments is related to their corresponding.This is coincide with the results of many studies of other protozoologists.Further,it was observed that:(1)The old adoral zone of membranelles (AZM) exercises some inhibitory effects to the differentiation and shifting of cirri on new cirri promordia in the regenerating fragment.(2)These effects are weaker in the distal parts and stronger in the proximal parts.(3)These inhibitory effects disappear with the disintegration and absorption of the membranelles of old AZM,as well as the completion of regeneration and fenewing process of new AZM.
