Professor Nina Jablonski, a board member of Zoological Research, visits KIZ

Following an invitation by the Editorial Office of Zoological Research (ZR), Prof. Nina G. Jablonski, a ZR board member, visited the Kunming Institute of Zoology (KIZ) on May 27, 2017, in the company of Prof. Xueping Ji from the Yunnan Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, Kunming,Yunnan,China.

  After visiting the KIZ museum, Prof. Jablonski and Prof. Ji visited several KIZ laboratories with introduction by Dr. Yonggang Yao, the Editor-in-Chief of ZR. Dr. Xuelong Jiang and Dr. Bingyu Mao, the Vice-Editors-in-Chief of ZR, Dr. Pengfei Fan from Sun Yat-sen University, and the staff of ZR also spent productive time with Prof. Jablonski.

Prof. Jablonski is an Evan Pugh University Professor of Anthropology at Pennsylvania State University. A biological anthropologist and paleobiologist, she studies the evolution of adaptations to the environment in Old World primates, including humans.
