Studies on the Cholinesterase From the Venom of Naja Naja Atra of Zhejiang Province Ⅲ.Some Hydrophobic Chromatographic Behaviour

  • This paper reported the preparation of three hydrophobic chromatographic absorbents and the comparison of some hydrophobic chromatographic behaviour of the cholinesterase from the Venom of Naja Naja atra.The length of the "Spacer arm" affected the adsorption of the enzyme,the more extended the carbon chain of the "Spacer arm",the stronger the adsorption of the enzyme.The cholinesterase from hydrophobic chromatography gave six bands in disc gel electrophoresis too.That implied a similar of the hydrophobic region of the isoenzymes.
